Public Relations
I help clients tell their stories and get results by finding new angles that resonate with key press across all platforms as well as buyers at top retailers. My sweet spot is launching international specialty food brands in the U.S.
Before establishing Louise Kramer Communications in 2017, I was Communications Director for the Specialty Food Association, a not-for-profit trade association with 3,500+ members known for the Fancy Food Show, the largest trade show for specialty food in North America. I ran the sofi Awards for the best food products of the year, led expert panels on food trends, and served as association spokeswoman. My work garnered hundreds of millions of media impressions including in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Associated Press, Time, Good Morning America, the Today Show, The Wall Street Journal, and leading B2B outlets.

Barry Novick
Founder, Kitchen Table Bakers
When Kitchen Table Bakers joined the Specialty Food Association Louise helped us to maximize their excellent resources and urged us to enter the sofi Awards. We won several which was critical to our success and ultimately the sale of the company. Anyone who is fortunate to work with her is at an advantage for success.
